The Home Tab in Advantage ESS displays announcements and notifications from your employer, allows you to define links to key documents and informational pop-ups, quick links to other areas of the ESS application, and links that provide quick access to update your personal information, contacts, ESS login passwords, etc. This tab also contains a widget to display documents that you have in initiated in Advantage ESS and a widget that provides links to forms or websites that are important for your organization.
